除了封机房外，主机商还提到未通过备案的网站将被关闭，无疑，那些还没通过 ICP 备案的同学不得不考虑一个临时的解决方案了。花点小钱，找身处海外主机的朋友租一个月的空间，应该算是比较好的解决办法。

在这个特别时期，希望大家特别是和我在服务器上做邻居的朋友，尽量不写些敏感话题的文章…. 这不仅仅是为了自己，同时也是对大家负责的一种表现！

最后附带封网通知的全文：（初看感觉有点扯蛋，但想想为了咱们国家这百年难遇的盛世，咱委屈个把月又算的了什么呢？）

奥运封网期间(8月1日-8月25日)，机房停止进出服务器等设备，并且请重视以下通知，以免服务器被断网无法恢复。

1. 在封网期间如果被网安通知有违法信息、发生用户网站内容被黑、被篡改成反动、未经中央电视台授权许可擅自转播奥运会赛事等，机房将在第一时间断开此网站的连接，并无法恢复直到封网结束。

2.从即日起加强对网上涉枪、涉爆、销售窃听器等非法物品有害信息的处置，为配合国家相关行动并确保大多数正规网站的正常运营特此向广大新老用户提示：对于网站中出现非法信息的我司有权停止其网络服务,情节严重者交由公安机关处理。

3. 8月1日前，未提交工信部备案的网站将被关闭。

4. 建议在封网期间，将无法24小时值班管理的论坛等的网站暂时关闭，或开启论坛“先审后发”的功能，以免因违法信息而断网造成更大的损失。

5. 请确保您的联系方式正确有效，请登陆订单系统检查您的联系方式，如手机号码过期或空号无法取得联系，我们将会关闭您的网站访问。

6.我们将会启用临时服务器与备份所有用户数据，为安全起见，请各用户自行再备份整站数据,以防万一。

眼神好点的朋友估计对上面这张截图已经有所发现了…

前不久 YouTube 被 GFWed 似乎又在国内互联网上宣起了一阵波澜，很多网友“惯性”的将责任推给 GFW。刚开始我也以为这又是 GFW 的一次“杰作”，直到我看到一篇台湾博客后才得知 YouTube 被 ban 掉的原委，引用那位台湾同胞的原话就是：
“繁體中文版的YouTube今天上線了，右上角還掛上了國旗”…

这句话显然很让人气愤，但让人更气愤的是 YouTube 的这一行为明显给中国的完整统一造成了恶劣的影响。（不知道 Flickr 在大陆被 ban 是不是也因为这个原因）

这次我完全支持 GFW 的做法，推出台湾版的 YouTube 并没有错，错就错在它挂上了那面旗帜。就像一个外国人公然把萨达姆的画像摆在白宫大门口并进行膜拜，美国政府会允许他这么做吗？

这2天和几个朋友讨论过是选择国内服务器还是海外服务器，虽然海外服务器性价比更高更自由，但考虑到速度上的影响我还是没有做出决定，一切等17大顺利结束后再说吧…

其实昨天决定恢复站点是因为接到了2个话题广告 -___-|||
如果2个话题广告能通过，9月底就能给 zeuscn.net 续费了…

继“紫田”机房、广东汕头“蓝芒”机房，总数超过2000多台服务器被断网关闭处理后，今天我机房参加了省公安厅召开的“十七大”前严打“交互性网站”（论坛/博客/留言板）通告会。
会议精神明确要求，各IDC服务商在十七大之前，必须强制关闭所有论坛/博客/留言板等交互性网站；整个机房只要发现超过7例，采取关闭机房强制性措施，并处罚款5-100万元。

所有开设论坛，留言板等电子公告的用户，必须对其内容加强管理并负全责。上级主管部门（包括国家安全部门，公安部门，信息管理部门，新闻管理部门）随时检查管理情况，如发现有不良信息将关闭有关服务器，直至追查有关人员的法律责任。

国务院292号令公布《互联网信息服务管理办法》 网站不得制作、复制、发布、传播含有下列内容的信息：

反对宪法所确定的基本原则的；
危害国家安全，泄露国家秘密，颠覆国家政权，破坏国家统一的；
损害国家荣誉和利益的；
煽动民族仇恨、民族歧视，破坏民族团结的；
破坏国家宗教政策，宣扬邪教和封建迷信的；
散布谣言，扰乱社会秩序，破坏社会稳定的；
散布淫秽、色情、赌博、暴力、凶杀、恐怖或者教唆犯罪的；
侮辱或者诽谤他人，侵害他人合法利益的；
含有法律、行政法规禁止的其他内容的。

另据公安部日前通知，公安部牵头组织的网络扫黄行动将开始，此次行动的规模之大，决心之狠，都是以往的例行检查所不能比的，而且最关键的事情在于，此次检查的尺度，将不像以往一样，将暴露的图片，如露三点的图片定义为色情图片，而是将“凡带有色情意味、暗示、挑逗和引起人类似感受”的信息均定义为有害信息，并严厉查处。

我知道大家肯定有很多话想说，我也有些话想说，但是考虑到服务器上其它站点的“人生安全”，本文拒绝评论… 还望大家谅解！

• 2008年, 六月 24日, 继续“梦游” | zEUS.’Blog 網生@誌 writes: [...] 梦游主机又开始了一年一度的暑期优惠活动，相比去年的“政策”，今年的优惠幅度有所下降，不过考虑到今年飞涨的物价，这种小幅度的优惠下降还是可以接受的。我初次是去年6月底以原价100元/年购买的 ME-100 型主机，9月底的时候发现“梦游”十一期间有优惠活动，于是我毫不犹豫的升级到了 ME-250 型虚拟主机（150元/年）。 在使用梦游主机的这一年间，它给我最大的感受就是 稳定+速度，当然了，问题也是出过的，有2次不知道是何种原因访问博客时“找不到网页”，不过没几分钟就好了，另一次是17BIG期间封杀交互性网站，不过梦游很快就帮我们转移了数据，并提供解决方案，那段特殊时期并未影响到博客的正常“运行”。速度方面就没什么好说的，相信大家自有感受，和国外的虚拟主机比速度是没有意义的，但至少在国内现在广告打得厉害一点的“高性价比”虚拟主机中，梦游的速度要比盘古的快不少。 [...]

很无奈，无辜的站点经常成为“非法站点”的陪葬品… 对于这种状况，我只能想到这样的话来安慰他们：社会主义的建设是一个艰巨而复杂的过程，对于各位的“无谓”牺牲权当作是牺牲小我以完成大我吧…

一不小心 Feedburner 的小弟 feed.feedburner.com 就被刮走了，留给我的是 Google Reader 里大量的“死链接”…

和谐之风不光吹遍海外，在国内它更是无处不在。这不，随着十七大的即将召开，国内 IDC 服务商首当其冲，立马就有几个被吹晕了… 真的很同情使用这些 IDC 服务商搭建博客的人们。但除了同情我们又能做些什么呢？我连愤怒的资本都没有…
或许下一个被同情的就是我了…

半个月前我还有一个想法，利用可以绑定域名的 Google 应用服务网站版 的Google Page给自己做一个简单的主页，然后做上自己blog、资源和收藏的链接，毕竟主页和blog是有所分别的。可不幸的是Google Page先在大陆被ban，后台和页面都无法访问；然后是最近“ghs.google.com”也被ban，也就是说刚被我放进嘴巴的“Google免费蛋糕”被GFW无情的从我嘴巴里拔出来了…想到这些，忍不住又习惯性的骂了一句：%…#%*@

面对这些无情的事实，不禁让我想起了 Micheal Jackson 的 Earth Song 。真实的世界需要被保护，那么我们这些良民的虚拟世界同样也需要保护…可惜GFW却把我们的虚拟世界整得惨不忍睹…我们除了无奈还是无奈…

下面放出的是就是 MJ 的 Earth Song 的MTV，让我们跟随 MJ 一起发泄心中的不快吧！
