新闻出版总署终止《魔兽世界》（燃烧的远征）审批公告

日前，新闻出版总署发出通知，终止《魔兽世界》（燃烧的远征）审批，退回关于引进出版《魔兽世界》的申请。

在对网之易公司申请代理运营境外著作权人授权的网络游戏《魔兽世界》的审批过程中，新闻出版总署考虑到该游戏运营代理转换过程中有大量数据需要梳理，为保护玩家的切身利益不受损害，允许网之易公司在对不良内容进行修改的同时自7月30日起进行内部测试，重点是对玩家在游戏中的各种数据进行有效恢复，同时明确要求内测期间不得收费和提供新账号的注册。网之易公司对此表示完全接受和执行。

但是网之易公司在未经新闻出版总署审批同意的情况下，于9月19日擅自收费并提供新账号注册的行为，已经造成事实上的公开运营服务，严重违反了国家关于网络游戏上网前须经新闻出版总署前置审批和境外著作权人授权的互联网游戏作品须经新闻出版总署审批的规定。为此，新闻出版总署发出通知，决定终止《魔兽世界》（燃烧的远征）审批，退回申请。

通知同时要求，网之易公司立即停止违规行为，纠正错误，停止收费和新账号注册。新闻出版总署将视情依法对其作出相应的行政处罚，包括停止其互联网接入服务。

公关！又是公关！谷歌那么有钱都没把公关摆平，网易遭受如此“下场”也并不觉得意外。看来“网易”、“九城”、“新闻出版署”这个牵扯到三方的利益争夺战的“战争硝烟”还远不会散去。

《魔兽争霸》伴我度过了2年的大学时光，《魔兽世界》伴我度过了另外2年的大学时光，虽然已经有2年多没玩魔兽了，但对于这个系列游戏我还是蛮有感情的。如今看到《魔兽世界》在国内举步维艰，心里也蛮不是滋味。“新闻出版署”的这则通告下来，想必其它的网游运营商都笑了，亦或许这会成为《魔兽世界》台服运营商智凡迪增加更多游戏服务器的砝码。不知道网易接下来是会重新免费开放游戏还是关闭游戏呢？不知道明天网易的纳斯达克指数是否会下跌…

这是一部非常优秀的，由国人利用《魔兽世界》游戏背景而制作的一段原创 MV，题材是“经久不衰”的爱情故事。虽然整首歌曲的旋律比较简单，但是歌词填得非常好，前（人类）后（亡灵）2段遥相呼应，再加上大量游戏中的经典场景和人物名，仿佛又让我置身“艾泽拉斯”～

和《燃烧的远征》一样，《巫妖王之怒》带来了大量的全新游戏内容，更重要的是在这个版本里玩家们将挑战魔兽历史上最具悲情色彩的传奇人物——曾经的人类王子，现在的新巫妖王——阿尔塞斯！当然了，一旦他的倒掉，那么他手里的神器——“霜之哀伤”将会是魔兽史上最拉风的武器！

另外全新的职业——死亡骑士，也令人相当期待！

昨晚在官网上了解了一下新的游戏内容，并和 JC 一起意淫了一晚上以后如何一起玩《巫妖王之怒》…

可事实上，以后的事情我们现在预计不到，《燃烧的远征》我连一张点卡（66小时）都没玩完，还是同学把我的角色玩到70级的… 现在都没时间玩，以后会有时间玩吗？这是一个明摆着的问题…

不过至少2009年 JC 将回武汉，这多少会增加我再次踏入“艾泽拉斯”大陆的可能性～

如果今天下午能下完补丁，晚上就上线瞧瞧吧… 重新分配一下技能点，看看主城里新加的理发店，开开我的小直升机，飙飙我的“山羊”，截几张图回味一下….

中午休息的时候逛了一下暴雪的《巫妖王之怒》官网，有一股冲动在我心中蔓延…

友情提示：在看下面这些图片之前，大家有必要了解一些《魔兽世界》里的小常识：和众多网络游戏一样，《魔兽世界》也拥有自己的聊天系统，其默认显示在屏幕左下方，聊天框内除了显示聊天信息外还显示诸如玩家动作、NPC 动作、NPC 语言以及ROLL（掷骰子）的点数等信息。
在游戏里，我们时常可以看到一些“机缘巧合”的对话，再加上一些玩家的搞怪名字，更是让人捧腹。

《南方都市报》6月28日在其A32网眼版面，以整版篇幅报道了《魔兽世界》亡灵被“和谐”的事件。

　　魔兽世界升级　露骨亡灵长肉
　　引发玩家强烈抗议，九城称这是国情和政策需要
　　
　　6月26日，中国最流行的网络游戏之一魔兽世界更新到“风暴前夕”版本，在苦苦等待了半年之后，国服(国内服务器)玩家终于也等到了这个欧美玩家去年 12月就已经玩过的版本，但是却稍有不同——玩家们发现游戏里所有的“骨头”都没了——露骨的亡灵种族长出了血肉，游戏角色死亡后留下的白骨变成了坟墓 ——全球独树一帜，欧服、美服、韩服、台服都没见过。

　　很多玩家都愤怒了，各个魔兽世界游戏论坛里都在热烈讨论这件事情。本报记者采访了九城公司，对方表示这是中国国情和政策需要，为了网游环境的和谐。

和谐的魔兽世界

　　关于这次更新版本国服会修改部分游戏模型的传闻之前就有了，游戏开发商暴雪公司应中国有关部门的要求，专门为国服制作了这些模型。当时没多少人相信这是真的，因为这个世界上最有影响的、玩家超过800万的网络游戏，从没有过这种先例。

　　6月25日，魔兽世界官网首页刊出一篇对官方汉化组的访谈，记者问：据说这次2.0更新会对亡灵及骸骨的外形进行修改，对这个修改有何看法？汉化组套用了论坛里一句流行的话“很好，很强大”，并配发了两张对比图片，图片上写着“和谐的魔兽世界，很好，很强大”，第一次明确了这个消息。

　　6月26日晚，服务器维护后重新开放，亡灵种族的玩家发现自己真的长出了肉，“变成了僵尸”，实际上游戏中所有出现骨头的怪物都有血有肉了。角色死亡复生后地上留下的不再是几根白骨，而变成了坟墓。
　　
　　玩家号召抵制

　　在26日晚上游戏重新开放后的一天时间里，包括官网在内的几乎所有魔兽世界论坛都在热议模型修改事件，甚至帖量在一些论坛占去了三分之一，很多论坛都专门开置顶帖请大家讨论。在一个网站2万多玩家的投票中，坚决反对此次修改的网友占去了90％。

很多亡灵玩家非常不满自己的角色形象被改变，认为“骨头有点搞笑、有点个性，现在长出肉变成了僵尸，这才吓人呢。”部分亡灵的脸上被打上了黑叉，这让部分女性玩家尤其不能接受，马上宣布离开。不过也有玩家认为修改后更好看了。

　　一些网友提出，如果说亡灵长肉还情有可原，那么骸骨变坟墓就完全无法接受了。“地上有几根骨头完全注意不到，现在遍地坟墓，这才阴森呢”有玩家直斥“战场变成乱坟岗”。角色死在哪里，坟墓出现在哪里，“幽暗城电梯里摔死个人，结果电梯里也长出个小坟头！”
　
　　很快就有几种恢复原来模型的方法或补丁在网上流传。
　　
　　有激进玩家宣称已经删号或者准备删号，甚至号召大家抵制这个“没有骨头的魔兽世界”。也有玩家提出一些指责和过激的言辞不够公平，“这不是暴雪和九城能决定的事情，不应抵制游戏”。

　　在欧美的一些魔兽世界论坛，一些国外玩家也对中国的模型修改事件很感兴趣。因为国外服务器等都没有这种改变，只有中国大陆的150万玩家享受到了这一独树一帜的变化。　　
　
　“为了和谐的网游环境”
　
　本报记者采访了魔兽世界中国运营方九城公司，九城公关部作出了“官方答复”：“对亡灵人物形象的修改，是基于中国国情及政策的需要，共同推动健康和谐的网游环境所作的小幅度修改，对玩家的游戏乐趣不会有任何影响。”对于一些具体问题，对方表示很难回答，希望记者理解。

　　部分玩家认为有关政府部门片面理解了“和谐”，这次修改造成了很大的影响和反弹，其实不利于“和谐”。有网友登录文化部网站希望发表意见，但网站并没有留言栏，只发现了网站首页上的一个关于希望网站开设什么新栏目投票调查，在模型修改事件发生后的一天里，选择“公众留言”项目的票数从不到60％增加到了79％。

Nihilum又是他们拿掉了又一个终极BOSS的全球首DOWN，只用了一天他们就推倒了伊利丹，只用了2个CD他们就打通了黑暗神庙。虽然料到蛋蛋近期被推是早晚的事，但是没有想到会如此的快，可笑的是自从RAID副本推出已来黑暗神庙是被打通最快的一个。

作为魔兽争霸史上相当传奇的英雄级人物，就这样在资料片中英年早逝…
这不免让我开始怀疑魔兽的历史已经被游戏“篡改”… 这样的改动，对于一个严谨的故事来说是相当不明智的！

Illidan倒下了，但是国服的朋友却还没见到资料片的影子，这不得不说是种遗憾…

在测试服务器中奋战的GM们目前已经杀掉了黑暗神庙的第2个BOSS，他们之中的一位玩家成功的进入了伊利丹的房间，这是玩家第一次亲眼目睹在BOSS房间中准备迎接挑战的伊利丹，赶快来欣赏截图吧！

当初（冰峰王座时代）尤迪安倒在阿尔塞斯的霜之哀伤之下，未能完成基尔加丹交给他的任务。为了逃避基尔加丹的惩罚，尤迪安只有带领自己的部下（血精灵王子凯尔萨斯和娜迦女王法斯琪女士）逃往外域——曾经兽人的家园，然后建立了自己的据点——黑暗神庙。
同海加尔圣山之战和新的PVP战场一样，探索黑暗神庙也是是TBC的重头戏。但是玩家想要见到曾经叱诧风云的尤迪安可不是件容易的事情，在此之前必须干掉他的2个强力助手：
娜迦女王法斯琪女士

以及，
血精灵王子凯尔萨斯

这2位英雄在冰峰王座中都扮演着举足轻重的角色，想必实力非同小可。
距离尤迪安的FirstDown，玩家面对的肯定又是一个无比漫长的raid过程了…

2、用记事本打开 itemcache.wdb.csv 这个文件，并点“编辑—查找”或直接按快捷键 “ctrl+F”

3、然后在弹出的 查找框内输入：沙漠掠夺者之刺，并点击 “查找下一个”

找到目标后记录该装备的编号，即红圈中的数字：34250

4、以同样的方法找到“蛛魔之眼”的编号：35259

5、用记事本打开“DBC转换”文件夹内的 ItemDisplayInfo.dbc.csv 文件

6、在 ItemDisplayInfo.dbc.csv 文件内查找“蛛魔之眼”的编号：35259，并记录该模型的代码：“Polearm_2H_Stratholme_D_01.mdx”,”",”Polearm_01″,”",
“INV_Weapon_Halberd_04″,0,0×0,0,0×0,0,9,0,0,”",”",”",”",”",”",”",”",0,

7、以同样的方式在 ItemDisplayInfo.dbc.csv 文件内找到“沙漠掠夺者之刺”编号：34250的模型代码：“Polearm_2H_AhnQiraj_D_01.mdx”,”",”Polearm_2H_AhnQiraj_D_01_Purple”,”",
“INV_Weapon_Halberd_AhnQiraj”,0,0×0,0,0×0,0,9,0,0,”",”",”",”",”",”",”",”",0,

8、用“蛛魔之眼”的模型代码覆盖“沙漠掠夺者之刺”的模型代码，即用代码：
“Polearm_2H_Stratholme_D_01.mdx”,”",”Polearm_01″,”",
“INV_Weapon_Halberd_04″,0,0×0,0,0×0,0,9,0,0,”",”",”",”",”",”",”",”",0,
覆盖
“Polearm_2H_AhnQiraj_D_01.mdx”,”",”Polearm_2H_AhnQiraj_D_01_Purple”,”",
“INV_Weapon_Halberd_AhnQiraj”,0,0×0,0,0×0,0,9,0,0,”",”",”",”",”",”",”",”",0,
将修改后的 ItemDisplayInfo.dbc.csv 文件另存到一个新的文件夹内。

9、将新的 ItemDisplayInfo.dbc.csv 文件直接拖到“DBC转换”文件夹下的DBCUtil.exe中，

之后会出现一个DOS运行框

转换完成之后，即可发现在新的 ItemDisplayInfo.dbc.csv 文件的文件夹内多了一个文件：ItemDisplayInfo.dbc

10、将生成的 ItemDisplayInfo.dbc 文件复制到tool — 新建文件夹 — DBFilesClient 文件夹下

11、双击打开 tool — MPQMaster 文件夹下的 MPQMaster.exe 程序

12、新建一个MPQ文档

将其命名为：patch-X （X=3、4、5、6、7、8、9）

之后会弹出一个“新建文档”的对话框，点击“确定”即可。

13、在该新建文档的右侧空白处单击鼠标右键，并选择“添加文件夹”

所添加的文件夹是 tool — 新建文件夹

注意：这里选择的是“新建文件夹”而不是“DBFilesClient”！
最后点击“确定”

That’s all… 修改结束～
找到刚才新建的PATCH-8.MPQ文件，将其复制到WOW\data 下，好了，进游戏吧～看看修改后的效果吧～

除了修改武器，使用该方法也能修改装备，若想还原只用将复制到 WOW\data 下的PATCH-X（X=3、4、5、6、7、8、9）删除即可！

了解WOW的人都知道，上图出现的人物模型是将在WOW资料片——燃烧军团的远征（TBC）中加入的新种族之一——血精灵。不得不承认，在所有WOW种族里我最喜欢的就是血精灵女性的造型 另外，图中人物的装备和武器我也做了一定的修改。

大家可能会想上面是修改后的效果，那么zEUS.在WOW里原始造型又是个什么样子呢？由于我玩WarcraftIII最擅长的种族是人族（HUM），而且HUM的主力兵种是矮人火枪手（RM），于是我就选择在WOW中玩了一个矮人的远程输出职业：猎人！

下面介绍人物模型修改方法，超级简单~
普通种族之间互换，只需要下载相应的补丁就可以，然后解压缩以后放到 WOW\data 文件内就可以了。注意的问题是在版本更新的时候这些补丁有可能导致无法更新，解决的办法就是在更新的时候把这些补丁拿出来，等更新以后再放回去就可以了。

如果想转换为 血精灵 和 德莱尼 的玩家，就必须要下载 血精灵男（女） ， 德莱尼男（女） 的素材库。因为目前国F的版本里没有新种族的素材库，所以必须的下载。
比如：兽男想转换为血精灵女，就需要下载血精灵女素材库和兽男变血精灵女的补丁包，都解压缩后放进WOW\data 文件夹，上游戏吧 ，就可以看见效果了~~~
重要提示：所有放入WOW\data 的文件都是这种形式：patch-X.MPQ 其中X=3、4、5、6、7、8、9，如果遇到相同文件名的，可以手动更改X的值。限制是放入 WOW\data 的文件只能有7个，既3-9总共7个文件。

我们在这部CG里看到了在资料片出场的两个新种族——联盟的德莱尼人和部落的血精灵。德莱尼人，生活在外域的一个流亡种族，由于信仰圣光和其他一些乱七八糟的理由加入了联盟。血精灵，人类的背信弃义使得血精灵退出了联盟，跟随着他们的卡尔王子加入了尤迪安的麾下，但让我不懂的是，尤迪安代表的是燃烧军团和部落是两股敌对的势力，血精灵怎么会加入了部落呢？不过我们从这段CG里看到，一个血精灵MM竟然用烈炎冲击把一个兽人战士给烤了-_-|||，显然血精灵和部落的其他种族的关系处理得不是很好…（更正：JC在留言中提到血精灵MM使用的不是烈炎冲击，我仔细看了看，确实不是。从血精灵MM的武器上看感觉她是一个牧师，所以很有可能是复活被干掉的兽人战士…）
CG里首先放出是一个德莱尼圣骑士（书和锤子是圣骑士必备道具和武器），虽然长得丑了点，不过够魁梧，身材和牛头人一般高大，总体来说还是比较酷的。然后是一个漂亮的血精灵MM，如同暴雪设计的那样，血精灵是一个外表华丽内心却很邪恶的种族…接下来是整部CG里最帅的一个角色（个人认为）——兽族的英雄BladeMaster（剑圣），出场就是一跳劈，瞬间将2头NAGA一分为二…身手一如既往的矫捷！随后主要展示了德莱尼和血精灵这两个新种族的一些职业特点，和精彩的打斗画面。不过让我觉得有点遗憾的是这个CG里竟然没有出现联盟的其他种族，部落的亡灵，巨魔和牛头人都小露了身影…
