1、洗手是第一要务
第一要务是洗手，以酒精为底的洗手乳或泡沫消毒剂，杀死细菌或病毒的效果也非常好。

2、避免手部接触眼睛、鼻及口
来越多证据显示，微量病毒可留存在桌面、电话机或其它平面上，再透过手指与眼、鼻、口的接触来传播。

3、打喷嚏或咳嗽时用手遮掩
打喷嚏、咳嗽和物理接触都有可能导致这次新型猪流感病毒在人群间传播，因此打喷嚏或咳嗽时用手或者纸巾等遮掩。

4、发烧时尽早求医
有呼吸道感染征状或发烧时，应戴上口罩，并尽早求医。 若出现流感征状，切勿上班或上学。如外游途中或回程后发烧,还应告知医生有关外游记录。

5、从预防普通感冒做起
不妨用板蓝根、苏叶、桑叶、枇杷叶、黄皮叶、菊花煲水服用，体质虚寒者可放姜、陈皮护胃。此外，也可服用清开灵口服液、抗病毒口服液进行预防。

6、避免接触呼吸病人
无论任何流感，都需要避免接触呼吸道感染的人，以防被传染。此次的猪流感 (H1N1) 更加需要额外注意！

7、不吃没有煮熟的猪肉
和禽流感病毒一样，猪流感等病毒对外界的抵抗力很差，一般在高温（71摄氏度）后即可杀灭。

8、避免去拥挤的人群
猪流感在人群密集的环境中更易发生感染。在公共场合要求人与人之间最少保持1.8米距离等举措，是抑制猪流感疫情的有效方法。

此次猪流感病毒呈现的一个特点是，就是对青壮年攻击性强，墨西哥确诊的死者中大多数年龄都在 25岁至45岁之间。卫生专家提醒，流感爆发后很难防止它蔓延，但常识可以帮助个人自我保护。他们指出，第一要务是洗手，以酒精为底的洗手乳或泡沫消毒剂，杀死细菌或病毒的效果也非常好。美国“疾病管制中心”(CDC)代理主任贝瑟(Richard Besser)表示：“咳嗽或打喷嚏时要遮住，经常洗手。”

吃猪肉会不会传播猪流感呢？一般说来，目前的Ｈ1Ｎ1只要不出现变异，加热至71℃就能被杀，市民不必盲目担心。

因为H1N1亚型猪流感病毒跟人类H1N1病毒的抗原非常不同，所以季节性流感的疫苗不能为人类提供保护。为了防止感染，应采取以下措施﹕

• 保持手部清洁，并用正确方法洗手。如没有明显污垢时，可用酒精搓手液消毒。
• 避免手部接触眼睛、鼻及口。
• 打喷嚏或咳嗽时应遮掩口鼻。
• 不要随地吐痰，如要吐痰应将分泌物包好，弃置于有盖垃圾箱内。
• 有呼吸道感染征状或发烧时，应戴上口罩，并尽早求医。
• 若出现流感征状，切勿上班或上学。
• 如外游途中或回程后出现发烧或类似流感的征状，要马上就医，告知医生有关外游记录。

猪流感如何传播？
猪流感的群间传播主要是以感染者的咳嗽和喷嚏为媒介，在人群密集的环境中更易发生感染，而越来越多证据显示，微量病毒可留存在桌面、电话机或其它平面上，再透过手指与眼、鼻、口的接触来传播。因此尽量不要身体接触，包括握手、亲吻、共餐等。如果接触带有猪流感病毒的物品，而后又触碰自己的鼻子和口腔，也会受到感染。感染者有可能在出现症状前感染其他人，感染后一般在一周、或一周多后发病。小孩的传染性会久一些。

最近“猪流感 (H1N1)”闹得挺凶的，虽然中国官方的发言声称暂时还没波及到大陆，不过你相信吗？况且香港已经出现“疑似病例”，所以我们很有必要提高警惕！猪流感 (H1N1) 的死亡率达到6.77%，比一般流感要高，而且感染的主要人群为20岁至45岁之间的青壮年。对于我这类一直处于“亚健康”的IT从业者而言，还是要小心为妙！这里转贴几篇和猪流感 (H1N1) 有关的文章，大家一起扫扫盲，共同学习一下防范事项！

猪流感病毒（Swine influenza virus，SIV），是猪群中一种可引起地方性流行性感冒的正黏液病毒（Orthomyxoviruses）。目前在实验室里所分离出来的病毒，多被辨识为C型流感病毒，或者是A型流感病毒的亚种之一。电子显微镜下的A型流感病毒猪流感有很多个不同的品种，计有：H1N1、H1N2、H3N1、H3N2 和H2N3亚型的甲型流感病毒都能导致猪流感的感染。

现在在墨西哥爆发的猪流感是由A型流感病毒引起的猪呼吸道传染病，初步研究检测出这种病毒是Ａ型流感病毒，携带有Ｈ1Ｎ1亚型猪流感病毒毒株，包含有禽流感、猪流感和人流感三种流感病毒的脱氧核糖核酸基因片断，同时拥有亚洲猪流感和非洲猪流感病毒特征。

路透社援引美国科学家的研究成果报道，称这种新型流感病毒为猪流感，是因为科学家曾在患者体内检测出Ｈ1Ｎ1亚型猪流感病毒毒株，但这种新型流感病毒具有病毒杂交特性。

世界卫生组织称，这次引发猪流感的病毒是禽流感和人类流感经过“洗牌效应”产生的新病毒。不同的病毒相遇后交换基因，变异为新型的混种病毒，因此人类对其缺乏免疫力。这将使得此次猪流感疫情的波及范围和后续影响难以估测。但该病毒的攻击性，人体免疫力的个体差异和人类从对抗各种流行性感冒中所获取的综合抵抗力都是决定这次疫情状况的决定性因素。

根据美国的纪录，人类感染H1N1猪流感病毒疫情曾在1976年和1988年出现，造成两人死亡。

假蛋白原理：
由于食品和饲料工业蛋白质含量测试方法的缺陷，三聚氰胺也常被不法商人用作食品添加剂，以提升食品检测中的蛋白质含量指标，因此三聚氰胺也被人称为“蛋白精”。

蛋白质主要由氨基酸组成，其含氮量一般不超过30%，而三聚氰胺的分子式含氮量为66％左右。通用的蛋白质测试方法“凯氏定氮法” 是通过测出含氮量来估算蛋白质含量，因此，添加三聚氰胺会使得食品的蛋白质测试含量偏高，从而使劣质食品通过食品检验机构的测试。有人估算在植物蛋白粉和饲料中使测试蛋白质含量增加一个百分点，用三聚氰胺的花费只有真实蛋白原料的1/5。三聚氰胺作为一种白色结晶粉末，没有什么气味和味道，掺杂后不易被发现。

奶粉事件：各个品牌奶粉中蛋白质含量为15-20%，蛋白质中含氮量平均为16%。以某合格牛奶蛋白质含量为2.8%计算，含氮量为0.44%，某合格奶粉蛋白质含量为18%计算，含氮量为2.88%。而三聚氰胺含氮量为66.6%，是牛奶的151倍，是奶粉的23倍。每100g牛奶中添加0.1克三聚氰胺，就能提高0.4%蛋白质。

微溶系指溶质1g(ml)能在溶剂100～不到1000ml中溶解，三聚氰胺在水中微溶，在牛奶这种水包油型的乳液中溶解度未找到实验数据，本人觉得比水的溶解度要好一些，待验证。

主要用途
三聚氰胺是一种用途广泛的基本有机化工中间产品，最主要的用途是作为生产三聚氰胺甲醛树脂（MF）的原料。三聚氰胺还可以作阻燃剂、减水剂、甲醛清洁剂等。该树脂硬度比脲醛树脂高，不易燃，耐水、耐热、耐老化、耐电弧、耐化学腐蚀、有良好的绝缘性能、光泽度和机械强度，广泛运用于木材、塑料、涂料、造纸、纺织、皮革、电气、医药等行业。其主要用途有以下几方面：

1. 装饰面板：可制成防火、抗震、耐热的层压板，色泽鲜艳、坚固耐热的装饰板，作飞机、船舶和家具的贴面板及防火、抗震、耐热的房屋装饰材料。
2. 涂料：用丁醇、甲醇醚化后，作为高级热固性涂料、固体粉末涂料的胶联剂、可制作金属涂料和车辆、电器用高档氨基树脂装饰漆。
3. 模塑粉：经混炼、造粒等工序可制成蜜胺塑料，无度、抗污，潮湿时仍能保持良好的电气性能，可制成洁白、耐摔打的日用器皿、卫生洁具和仿瓷餐具，电器设备等高级绝缘材料。
4. 纸张：用乙醚醚化后可用作纸张处理剂，生产抗皱、抗缩、不腐烂的钞票和军用地图等高级纸。
5. 三聚氰胺甲醛树酯与其他原料混配，还可以生产出织物整理剂、皮革鞣润剂、上光剂和抗水剂、橡胶粘合剂、助燃剂、高效水泥减水剂、钢材淡化剂等。

做梦是人体一种正常的、必不可少的生理和心理现象。人入睡后，一小部分脑细胞仍在活动，这就是梦的基础。人为什么要做梦，不做梦会有什么反应呢？
正常的梦境活动，是保证机体正常活力的重要因素之一
科学工作者做了一些阻断人做梦的实验。即当睡眠者一出现做梦的脑电波时，就立即被唤醒，不让其梦境继续，如此反复进行，结果发现对梦的剥夺，会导致人体一系列生理异常，如血压、脉搏、体温以及皮肤的电反应能力均有增高的趋势，植物神经系统机能有所减弱，同时还会引起人的一系列不良心理反应，如出现焦虑不安、紧张、易怒、感知幻觉、记忆障碍、定向障碍等。显而易见，正常的梦境活动，是保证机体正常活力的重要因素之一。

梦是协调人体心理世界平衡的一种方式
由于人在梦中以右大脑半球活动占优势，而觉醒后则以左侧大脑半球占优势，在机体24小时昼夜活动过程中，使醒与梦交替出现，可以达到神经调节和精神活动的动态平衡。因此，梦是协调人体心理世界平衡的一种方式，特别是对人的注意力、情绪和认识活动有较明显的作用。

无梦睡眠不仅质量不好，而且还是大脑受损害或有病的一种征兆
最近的研究成果亦证实了这个观点，即梦是大脑调节中心平衡机体各种功能的结果，梦是大脑健康发育和维持正常思维的需要。倘若大脑调节中心受损，就形成不了梦，或仅出现一些残缺不全的梦境片断，如果长期无梦睡眠，倒值得人们警惕了。当然，若长期恶梦连连，也常是身体虚弱或患有某些疾病的预兆。

看来，“做梦”还是具有一定功能的…

芝加哥大学生理学家孟托说：”每夜做一定数量的梦是必需的”。否则会导致人体一系列的生理异常反应，还会引起心理上的不良反应，如紧张、焦虑、易怒、记忆障碍，甚至会出现幻觉和定向障碍等症状。

做梦，不仅对脑功能的恢复有益，有助于脑中枢神经系统的发育；还可以为大脑神经提供一种经常性有益的刺激，使中枢神经系统调整到一种准备状态，以防止大脑神经在夜间停止活动而丧失了功能，并使大脑里的信息得到重新清理。

生理学家们还发现在人的大脑中，存在着催无梦睡眠肽和催有梦睡眠肽。在对猫和猴子的实验中发现，催有梦的睡眠肽大大提高了猴子和猫的平均寿命。因此，科学家们认为，经常做梦的人，大脑中催有梦睡眠肽的含量大大超过催无梦睡眠肽。因此，催有梦睡眠肽多的人的平均寿命要比催无梦睡眠肽多的人寿命更长一些。

这是不是意味着我有着很长的寿命呢？！

梦是必须的，身体健康的人不用担心多梦会导致失眠健忘。真正导致失眠的是人的情绪和性格等因素，人如果处于一种焦虑不安的状态下很容易失眠，在这种失眠的状况下很容易产生“梦感”，但“梦感”并不是做梦！很多人把它们混为一谈，这也就是为什么多梦会被跟失眠牵扯到一起的原因。

关于梦，我还有一个疑问：人是否能通过做梦而学习？

乙肝表面抗体的出现，表明为曾感染过乙型肝炎病毒但已经康复而产生抗体或接种过乙型肝炎疫苗。

回想一下，原来是我大学时期曾接种过乙肝疫苗！所以我的乙肝表面抗体是成阳性的… 也就是说关于乙肝抗体的检验指标里，乙肝表面抗体是阳性，其余指标均为阴性的话，那么恭喜你，你是个很健康的人！

下面是我在网上找到的一些关于乙肝抗体的简要说明，算是给自己增加点医学小常识 如果你也不知道这些内容，那么就跟我一起学习下吧～

乙肝抗体最常见的有三种抗体，即表面抗体（抗-HBs）、E抗体（抗-HBe）和核心抗体（抗-HBc），乙肝还有其它抗体，因不常用，这里就省略了。
抗-HBs这是乙肝病毒表面抗原（HBsAg）刺激人体免疫系统后产生的抗体，它是一种保护性抗体，也叫中和性抗体。它能中和掉乙肝病毒的感染力，保护人体免受乙肝病毒再度袭击。抗-HBS阳性至少说明三个问题：
（1）乙肝病人到了恢复期，从此即将告别乙肝病毒感染；
（2）既往感染过乙肝病毒，可能患过乙肝病，也可能是不知不觉中的隐性感染，但现在病毒已被清除，获得了对乙肝的免疫，即使有乙肝病毒侵入体内，也仍然安然无恙；
（3）单纯抗- HBs-项阳性，是注射乙肝疫苗并免疫成功的标忐，当然也不会再感染乙肝病毒了。

抗-HBe这是乙肝病毒e抗原刺激人体免疫系统后所产生的抗体，它是在标志着乙肝病毒复制的HBeAg消失后才出现的，抗-HBe阳性，说明大多数乙肝病毒的复制停止，随之病情也会由活动变为静止。医生在为慢性乙肝病人治疗时，希望达到的目标之一也是HBeAg转阴、抗-HBC转阳，这叫“血清 HBeAg／抗-HBe转换”，这一转换非常好，病人由免疫耐受转为免疫激活，病毒由活跃、复制（高传染性）而趋于复制的静止（无或有很低传染性），病情及病变活动也逐渐稳定和静止，这时HBV-DNA为阳件。

抗-HBc这是乙肝核心抗体（HBCAg）刺激人体免疫系统后所产生的抗体。它与抗-HBs和抗-HBe都不相同。它的阳性是感染过或新近正感染着乙肝病毒，它又分为两种类型抗-HBcIgM型是新近感染乙肝病毒的标志；抗-HBcIgG型是既往感染乙肝病毒的标志。在我国，有大量的抗-HBc阳件人群，在血液中抗-HBC存在时间很长，可达数十年乃至终生都是抗-HBCIgG型，不会因治疗而转阴，尽管病毒早己消失。抗-HBC本身不是病毒，也不直接反映病毒是否复制，更不提示有多大的传染性。

全民皆股最直接的影响就是居民储蓄的下降——居民储蓄上月锐减2784亿元 创历史最大降幅。当老百姓手中的钱都流向资本市场的时候，这个社会会发生什么样的改变？我不是搞经济的，对于这样的状况我也不知道是好是坏。但国家是不可能让老百姓都变成暴发户的，通货膨胀的后果我还是知道的…

当我国股市经历了将近一年的强势走高之后，确实有很多股民都富起来了，但大家富不是真的富！当大家都有钱的时候，连猪的身价都会涨，就更不谈房产、税率了….所以，当国家发现老百姓们把大量的钱都砸进股市的时候就会来一次“惨烈”的清盘。

在我看来，在中国炒股和赌博差不多，别以为听券商分析，听能人指导你就能在股市里发迹。庄家稳坐后台你是看不到它的动静的，任何人都无法预料到庄家的底牌。说不定哪天再增加个什么税，银行再来一次提息，股市不狂跌才怪…

我说这些并不是不看好中国的股市，作为一个门外汉，我觉得中国股市至少要涨到2010年的世博会结束之后。
全民皆股不一定是坏事，但盲目跟风肯定是不理智的，投资≠投机，投资之前是要做准备工作很多，对整个市场的观察和学习都都是必不可少的。所以要想盈利，就得花时间和精力在中国的股票市场里找到一个正确的投资方法。炒股经验是靠实践积累起来的，不在股市里摸爬滚打个十几年就不要想赚大钱。

接下来是，
“过劳死”是近几年非常“流行”的一种死法，而且其中以不足40岁的年轻人居多。
我实在不想调侃“过劳死”，它确实是个很严重的社会问题。但我不懂的是，任何人都可以感觉到自己身体的极限（无论是体力还是脑力），当我们的大脑告诉自己必须休息的时候，还有什么理由不让自己好好休息一下？！身体是革命的本钱，健康是最大的财富，没有健康的身体做什么事都没有效率。即使工作压力再大都不应该忽视休息。
赚钱≠卖命！

定时定量进食：胃酸分泌具有一定的规律性，即一日三餐时的分泌高峰，常食零食，使胃工作紊乱，破坏了胃酸分 泌的正常节律，久之可导致胃病，因此，日常饮食应一日三餐，不可过多进食零食。每餐的进食量应适度，过饥或过饭，或饥，饱不均饮食，使胃正常运转失常而致 消化不良，因此，应养成定时，定时时饮食的良好卫生习惯。

进食温度适宜：饮食的温度以“不烫不凉”为度，即一般保持在40 -50摄氏度为宜，过冷饮食，使胃粘膜血客收缩，胃粘膜血流量减少，影响胃的功能，同时过冷饮食还能刺激胃蠕动增强，甚至产生胃痉挛。过热饮食，能烫伤胃 粘膜，使胃粘膜保护作用降低，还能使胃粘膜血管扩张，可导致胃粘膜出血。

细嚼慢咽：少食粗糙，过硬食物，对食物充分咀嚼，使食物尽可能碎烂，可减轻胃的工作负担，咀嚼次数愈多，随之分泌的唾液也愈多，唾液具有消化食物及杀灭细菌等作用，对胃粘膜有保护作用，因此，进食宜细嚼慢咽，不可囫囵吞枣。

食物结构合理：动物性食品，油腻食物不宜消化过多食用加重胃肠负担，影响食欲，过细米面食物无机盐，微量元素，维生素及食物纤维素大量损失，长期食用必将 造成机体营养不良，导致机体各种功能下降。因此，应荤、素食搭配，粗、细粮搭配，既满足人体正常营养需要，又不加重胃肠负担。

心情舒畅：人的情绪与胃酸分泌及胃的消化作用密切相关，情绪低落时，即使美味佳肴，也会味同嚼蜡。因此，进食时要保持精神放松，心情愉快。

精神集中：食物的消化，吸收，需充足的的血液供应胃肠道。若一边进食，一边思考问题，或一边进食，一边看书，看电视，大量的血液要供应脑部工作，直接影响胃肠道的血液供应，长此以往，势必影响胃的功能，导致胃病发生。因此，进食时要专心致志，不可一心二用。

避免辛辣：经常大量食用辛辣刺激性食物，使胃粘膜受刺激，长期处于充血状态，可引发慢性胃炎，因此，应避免长期，大量食用辣椒，大蒜等刺激性食物。

戒烟：吸烟可使胃部血客收缩，减少胃部血液供应，同时抑制胃粘液的分泌，加重胃粘膜损害，吸烟可使幽门关闭不全，引起碱性胆汁反流入胃，破坏胃粘膜屏障，使胃粘膜防御功能降低而诱发胃病，因此，应当戒烟。

节制饮酒：一方面，适量饮用低度酒，能增加胃部血客的血流量，另一方面，长期或一次大量饮用烈性酒，能直接破坏胃粘膜屏障，引起胃粘膜充血，水肿，糜烂，甚至出血，因此，可适量饮用水米酒，啤酒，葡萄酒等低度酒，禁止大量饮白酒或酗酒。

饮水择时：饭前，饭后大量饮水，可冲淡胃液，稀释胃酸，使胃的化学性消化作用及胃酸的杀灭细菌作用大力降低。因此，应避免饭前，饭后大量饮水。

合理运动：进食后，胃有节律性的蠕动，使食物在胃内与胃液充分混合，研磨成食糜，并逐渐排空。饭后立即进行剧烈活动，直接影响胃肠的血液供应，导致消化不良，因此，进食后应停半——一小时再行活动。

讲究卫生：注意饮食卫生，把住病从口关。做到便后，饭前洗手。生吃瓜果要冲洗干净。避免食物污染上致病细菌。不食变质，霉变食物。

服药慎重：阿斯匹林、消炎痛、保泰松、扑热息痛，强的松等药物，可直接损伤胃粘膜，破坏胃粘膜屏障，或刺激胃酸，胃蛋白酶的分泌，掏胃粘膜粘液分泌，减弱 胃粘膜保护作用，长期服用中药（如过用苦寒或辛温燥热之剂及有毒药品）能引起胃粘膜损害，均能导致胃病，因此，应尽量不用或少用损害胃粘膜的刺激性药物， 若病情需要长期服用刺激性药物时，应饭后服用，以减轻其对胃部的刺激作用，并同时服用胃粘膜保护剂。
